1. Using the service

FORGE'i kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş olursun. Uygulamayı kullanmak için geçerli mevzuata göre gerekli yaş ve ehliyete sahip olman gerekir. Hesabının güvenliğinden ve cihaz erişiminden sen sorumlusun.

By using FORGE, you agree to these terms. You must have the age and legal capacity required by applicable law. You are responsible for account security and access to your devices.

• FORGE Pro, App Store veya Google Play üzerinden sunulan otomatik yenilenen abonelik planlarıyla sağlanabilir.
• Fiyat, vergi, kampanya ve faturalandırma döngüsü mağaza vitrinine göre değişebilir.
• İptal, geri ödeme, aile paylaşımı uygunluğu ve ödeme yöntemi yönetimi doğrudan mağaza hesabın üzerinden yürür.
• Satın alımların geri yüklenmesi uygulama içinden başlatılabilir; nihai faturalandırma kaydı mağaza sağlayıcısındadır.

• FORGE Pro may be offered through auto-renewing subscriptions sold via the App Store or Google Play.
• Pricing, taxes, promotions, and billing cycles may vary by storefront.
• Cancellation, refunds, family sharing eligibility, and payment method management are handled directly through your store account.
• Restoring purchases can be initiated in-app, but the authoritative billing record belongs to the store provider.

• Paylaştığın mesaj, görsel, program, tarif ve diğer içeriklerden sen sorumlusun.
• Topluluk alanlarında spam, taciz, nefret söylemi, dolandırıcılık, uygunsuz satış, yasa dışı madde tanıtımı veya tehlikeli sağlık yönlendirmesi yasaktır.
• Moderasyon, raporlama ve güvenlik gerekçesiyle içerik kaldırabilir, erişimi sınırlayabilir veya hesabı askıya alabiliriz.

• You are responsible for messages, images, programs, recipes, and other content you post.
• Spam, harassment, hate speech, fraud, inappropriate selling, illegal substance promotion, or dangerous health guidance are prohibited.
• We may remove content, restrict access, or suspend accounts for moderation, reporting, or safety reasons.

FORGE içindeki AI koç, performans, recovery ve beslenme kararlarını desteklemek için tasarlanmıştır. Klinik değerlendirme, doktor tavsiyesi, acil müdahale veya ruh sağlığı krizi desteği sunmaz. Ağrı, sakatlık, hastalık, ilaç kullanımı veya özel tıbbi durumlarda lisanslı bir profesyonele başvurmalısın.

The AI coach is designed to support performance, recovery, and nutrition decisions. It does not provide clinical assessment, physician advice, emergency intervention, or mental health crisis support. For pain, injury, illness, medication use, or special medical conditions, consult a licensed professional.

5. Kullanıcı içeriği lisansı

İçeriğinin mülkiyeti sende kalır. Ancak hizmeti işletmek, içeriği gösterilmesi gereken alanlarda sunmak, senkronlamak, yedeklemek ve güvenlik denetimi yapmak için bize sınırlı, geri alınabilir ve hizmetle bağlantılı bir kullanım izni verirsin.

You retain ownership of your content. However, you grant us a limited, revocable, service-connected license to host, display, sync, back up, and review that content as needed to operate and secure the service.

Özellikleri güncelleyebilir, kaldırabilir veya bakım nedeniyle erişimi sınırlayabiliriz. Güvenlik, kötüye kullanım, dolandırıcılık, sistem istismarı veya bu şartların ciddi ihlali halinde hesabı askıya alabilir ya da kapatabiliriz.

We may update or remove features, or limit access during maintenance. We may suspend or terminate accounts for security concerns, abuse, fraud, system misuse, or material breaches of these terms.

Hizmet, yürürlükteki hukuk izin verdiği ölçüde "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Kesintisiz erişim, hatasız çalışma, her veri kaynağıyla sürekli uyumluluk veya belirli bir fitness sonucu garanti edilmez. Yerel tüketici hukuku aksini gerektirmedikçe dolaylı, arızi veya sonuçsal zararlardan sorumluluk kabul edilmez.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, constant compatibility with every data source, or any specific fitness outcome. Unless local consumer law requires otherwise, indirect, incidental, and consequential damages are excluded.
